Grate the radish using a grater.

In a pot, add the Kikkoman soy sauce, cooking wine, rice wine, water, sugar, Miwon, and Hondashi, then turn on the heat.

Boil the ingredients in the pot for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, turn off the heat, add the katsuobushi, and mix the flakes well into the bottom to steep.

Strain out the katsuobushi to finish the sauce.

Place ice in a bowl, add 2 tbsp of the prepared sauce, and top with the grated radish, green onion, and lemon to complete the sauce.
