Instructions

Cut off the ends of the 2 zucchinis, split them in half, and slice them into 2cm thick pieces.

Cut 0.5 onion in half and then into quarters.

Add 1 tablespoon of salted shrimp to the sliced zucchini.

Add 1 tablespoon of soup soy sauce.

Mix the ingredients and let them marinate.

Clean 7 frozen shrimp and cut them into four pieces each.

Season the prepared shrimp with 1 tablespoon of mirin.

After 10 minutes of marinating, mix the zucchini well and turn on the heat.
