What You'll Need

Pork front leg meat600g
Water3L
Soju1 cup
Jin-ganjang (soy sauce)1/2 cup (for boiling), 3 tbsp (for seasoning)
Sesame oil1 tbsp (for seasoning), 1 tbsp (added while stir-frying)
Sugar1 tbsp
Red chili powder4 tbsp
Oyster sauce1 tbsp
Garlic20 cloves
Cooking oil1/2 tbsp
Pear juice2 tbsp
Onion1 large layer
Green onion2 white parts
Cheongyang chili pepper5 pieces
Red chili pepper1 piece
Sea saltas needed
Black pepperto taste

Instructions

Pour 3L of water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Add 1 cup of soju and 1/2 cup of Jin-ganjang to the boiling water.

Add 600g of front leg meat and boil briefly to remove excess fat.

Remove the boiled front leg meat, let it cool slightly, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp of Jin-ganjang, 1 tbsp of sugar, 4 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 20 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil, and 2 tbsp of pear juice to make the sauce.

Add the sliced front leg meat to the prepared sauce and massage it in so the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Add the seasoned front leg meat to a pan and stir-fry.

While stir-frying the meat, add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and black pepper to taste.

Cut the white parts of 2 green onions into large pieces, add to the pan, and stir-fry together.

Cut the onion layer, 5 Cheongyang chili peppers, and 1 red chili pepper into large pieces, add to the pan, and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry evenly until all ingredients are well combined to finish.
