Instructions

Place the beef on paper and thoroughly remove the blood.

Prepare 1.5 cups of glutinous rice flour and 1.5 cups of flour and mix them evenly.

Mince the garlic and julienne the ginger to prepare.

Add cooking oil to a pan, then add the garlic and ginger to infuse the oil.

Tap the beef with a knife to break the grain and tenderize it.

In a bowl, add 0.5 tbsp of salt, 3 tbsp of sesame oil, 2 tbsp of garlic, and 0.5 tbsp of pepper to season the beef.

Lightly coat the seasoned beef with the mixed glutinous rice flour and flour.

Mix minced garlic, sesame oil, minced green onion, and 2 tbsp of crushed chili seeds into the egg wash to prepare it.

Soak the flour-coated beef thoroughly in the egg wash to coat it.

Place the egg-coated beef in the pan infused with garlic and ginger, and pan-fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
