Instructions

Peel the potatoes and grate them using a grater.

Strain the grated potatoes through a sieve and let them sit for a while to separate the potato juice from the starch.

Prepare the additional ingredients—zucchini, potato, onion, green onion, Cheongyang chili, and red chili—by cutting them into appropriate sizes.

In a pot, add 8 cups of water and 1 seafood broth pack, soak for 5 minutes, then start boiling and cook for 15 minutes to make the broth.

Remove the seafood broth pack from the finished broth and dissolve 1/2 tbsp of doenjang.

Combine the separated potato pulp and the settled potato starch with 5 tbsp of flour and 1/2 tsp of salt, mixing well to form the dough.

Add the sliced potatoes, onions, minced garlic, and soup soy sauce to the boiling broth.

Scoop the dough with a spoon and drop it into the boiling broth one by one to cook.

Add the remaining ingredients such as zucchini, green onion, Cheongyang chili, and red chili, and continue to boil.
