Instructions

Wash the raw pork bones thoroughly under running water.

In a pressure cooker, add the washed pork bones, 2L of water, 1T ginger, 2T minced garlic, a little black pepper, 4T anchovy fish sauce, 1T sun-dried salt, 4T soup soy sauce, 3~4T doenjang, 1T Dashida, and 1T Pro-Jjim.

After the pressure cooker weight starts moving, reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes.

After the pressure releases naturally, remove the pork bones and let them cool.

In a pot, add 2 liters of water, 2T doenjang, 3T anchovy fish sauce, 1/2T sun-dried salt, 1/2T Dashida, and the prepared eolgali cabbage, then boil thoroughly.

Mix the initial broth and water in a 1:1 ratio, then add 3T Haechandle traditional doenjang, 2T Cheongyang chili powder, 2T regular chili powder, 1T minced garlic, 4~5T anchovy fish sauce, 2T beef seasoning, 1/2T Miwon, 1/2T black pepper, and 2T perilla seed powder to make the seasoning sauce.

Place the boiled pork bones in a hot pot, add the potatoes, boiled eolgali cabbage, green onion, enoki mushroom, and the seasoning sauce, then boil.
