What You'll Need

Mirin2 tbsp
Salt2 pinches
Dark soy sauce3 tbsp
Black pepper2 pinches
Green onion1/2 stalk
Cheongyang chili pepper1
Red chili pepper1
Cooking oil2 tbsp
Ketchup1 tbsp
Oyster sauce1 tbsp
Curry powder1/2 tbsp
Minced garlic1 tbsp
Grain syrup4 tbsp
Cola1/2 cup (100mL)

Instructions

Add 2 tbsp of mirin to the cleaned and prepared chicken legs.

Add 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce to the chicken legs.

Add 2 pinches of salt to the chicken legs.

Add 2 pinches of black pepper to the chicken legs, mix, and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Cut 1/2 stalk of green onion into 2cm thick pieces.

Slice 1 Cheongyang chili pepper and 1 red chili pepper.

Mix 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp curry powder, and 100mL of cola to make the sauce.

Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil to a pan, turn on the heat, and add the marinated chicken legs.

Sauté the chicken legs over high heat.

Pour in the prepared sauce.

Add all of the green onion, Cheongyang chili pepper, and red chili pepper.

Continue to flip and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
