Instructions

Slice one medium-sized onion and about one and a half stalks of green onion.

Add about one tablespoon of whole black peppercorns and one bowl of dried green onion roots.

Slice 7 cloves of garlic into thin pieces and slice about half a piece of ginger to add.

Add two bowls of Jin-ganjang, half a bowl of Guk-ganjang, and half a bowl of cooking wine.

Cut 350g of beef into small, bite-sized pieces and add them.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.

Wash 300g of Kkwari-gochu thoroughly, remove the stems, and set aside.

Slice 350g of pine mushrooms and season with 3 tbsp of sugar and the xylose sugar.

Add 800g of quail eggs, the pine mushrooms, and the Kkwari-gochu together.

Simmer for about 5 minutes until the peppers, mushrooms, and quail eggs are well-colored and finished.
