Instructions

Toss the chicken in a 1:1 mixture of dark soy sauce and koji salt.

Make the teriyaki tare by boiling a 1:1:1 mixture of soy sauce, mirin, and Cheongju with sugar to taste, then let it cool.

Place the chicken that was tossed in koji salt onto foil and shape the foil.

Place in an oven toaster preheated to 200 degrees and heat for 8 minutes.
