What You'll Need

Jerusalem artichoke powder2 cups
Whole wheat flour1 cup

Instructions

Put 2 cups of Jerusalem artichoke powder in a bowl.

Add 1 cup of whole wheat flour.

Add 1/5 tbsp of salt.

Add an appropriate amount of lukewarm water and mix to make the Sujebi dough.

Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it age.

Peel 4 potatoes, wash them clean, and slice them.

Put the seaweed vegetable broth in a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the sliced potatoes to the boiling seaweed vegetable broth and boil.

Slice the green onion and prepare.

When the broth boils, pull off pieces of the aged dough and add them to the pot.
