Evenly moisten the prepared yellow pollack with cooking wine, clear rice wine, or soju.

Toss the yellow pollack with about two tablespoons of dry glutinous rice flour until evenly coated.

Sort the chives, remove any thick ones, and cut them into 4cm lengths.

In a bowl, mix gochujang, red chili powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, and minced garlic to make the sauce.

Heat cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry the yellow pollack coated in glutinous rice flour, then remove from the pan.
