What You'll Need

Dried pollack150g
Plum extract2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce1 tbsp
Gochujang (red chili paste)3 tbsp
Rice syrup3 tbsp
Minced garlic1 tbsp
Sesame oil1 tbsp
Whole sesame seeds1 tbsp
Goso-haera (sesame seasoning)a little
Whole sesame seedsa little
Whole sesame seedsa bit

Instructions

Cut the dried pollack into bite-sized, plump pieces.

Place the cut dried pollack in a bowl and evenly sprinkle 2 tbsp of plum extract over it, then toss.

Add the dark soy sauce to enhance the flavor and knead the dried pollack.

Add 3 tbsp of gochujang and mix it with the dried pollack.

Add 3 tbsp of rice syrup to add sweetness and gloss.

Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and 1 tbsp of sesame oil, then mix well until sticky.

Add an appropriate amount of Goso-haera and sesame seeds.

Add additional whole sesame seeds and mix evenly to finish.
