Lightly rinse the prepared dried pollack in water, squeeze out the moisture, and tear it into bite-sized pieces.

Place the prepared pollack in a bowl and season with sesame oil, brewed soy sauce, and cooking wine.

Cut the onion, green onion, green/red chili peppers, and garlic into appropriate sizes.
