Instructions

Tear the oyster mushrooms and soak them briefly in salt water to wilt them.

Rinse the oyster mushrooms in water and remove excess moisture.

Add perilla seed powder to the mushrooms to marinate and draw out moisture.

Squeeze the perilla-marinated oyster mushrooms tightly.

Slice the onion into strips.

Pour cold water into a pot.
