Instructions

Place the cabbage, onion, carrot, zucchini, green onion, and shiitake mushroom on a cutting board and slice them with a knife.

Score the cleaned squid and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Heat cooking oil in a pan, add the green onion and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the red chili powder and stir-fry together without burning to create chili oil.

Add the sliced onion and cabbage, and continue to stir-fry with the chili oil.

Add the carrot, zucchini, and shiitake mushroom, and continue to stir-fry.

Add the dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chopped chili peppers, and stir-fry with the other ingredients.

Pour in 1L of water, season with salt, and add the seafood such as mussels, cocktail shrimp, and squid, along with the sliced vegetables, and bring to a boil.
