1

Finely chop the garlic.

2

Cut the bok choy in half, tear it, and then cut it in half again so the pieces look natural.

3

Trim the fresh crown daisy and prepare a portion of it.

4

Clean the squid. Lift the back, remove the internal organs, make a cut near the eyes, open it, remove the beak, and wash thoroughly.

5

Cut the squid legs into sections of two or more, and prepare the leg portion as if you were going to grill it in butter or oil.

6

Pour 600ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil.

7

Heat cooking oil in a pan, add the minced garlic and red chili powder, and stir-fry to create chili oil.

8

Add the cleaned squid and stir-fry.

9

Pour hot water over the stir-fried squid to boil the jjamppong broth.

10

Add the dried vegetable packet and soup powder to complete the broth.

11

Add the ramen noodles and cook.

12

Add extra black pepper.

13

When the ramen is cooked to your preference, remove the noodles and place them in a bowl first.

14

Arrange the prepared bok choy, crown daisy, and the whole squid nicely on top of the noodles.

15

Pour the squid jjamppong broth over the top to finish.
