Make a sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, chopped Cheongyang chili pepper, and sugar.

3

Put the sauce in a pan and turn on the heat to boil.

4

Mix 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp of Cheongju in a spray bottle.

5

Spray the water mixed with Cheongju onto the dried pollock strips to make them moist.

6

Add the moistened dried pollock strips to the boiling sauce and stir-fry until evenly coated.

7

Turn off the heat, add cooking oil, and mix well.

8

Turn the heat back on, add starch syrup or oligosaccharide, and stir-fry over high heat.

9

Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish and add chives for color.

10

Turn off the heat, add the chives at the very end, mix lightly, and serve.
