Stir-fried Seasoned Dried Fish Strips

Seasoned dried fish strips200g
Cooking oil2 tbsp
Gochujang2 tbsp
Water3 tbsp
Oligosaccharide4 tbsp
Dark soy sauce½ tbsp

Mayonnaise½ tbsp

Instructions

Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil to the seasoned dried fish strips and coat evenly.

In a pan, mix 2 tbsp gochujang, ½ tbsp dark soy sauce, 4 tbsp oligosaccharide, 3 tbsp water, and ½ tbsp minced garlic to make the sauce.

Grease a pan with cooking oil, add the oil-coated dried fish strips, and stir-fry over low heat until they turn brown.

Remove the stir-fried dried fish strips from the pan and set aside in the container used earlier.

Add the prepared sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.

When the sauce boils, turn off the heat, add the stir-fried dried fish strips and ½ tbsp mayonnaise, and mix evenly using the residual heat.

Turn the heat on once more and stir-fry briefly over high heat so the sauce is fully absorbed.

Finally, add 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds to finish.
