Three-Color Dried Pollack Floss

A recipe for three-color dried pollack floss that can be easily made with dried pollack, a blender, and simple seasonings.

What You'll Need

Dried pollack20g
Salt1/2 tsp
Cheongju (refined rice wine)1 tsp
Raw sugar1/2 tsp
Sesame salt1/2 tsp
Sesame oil1 tsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
Red chili powder1/2 tsp

Instructions

Sprinkle a little water on the dried pollack to make it moist.

Place the dried pollack in a blender and grind finely.

Divide the finely ground dried pollack into three equal parts in bowls.

Mix salt, cheongju, raw sugar, sesame salt, and sesame oil to make the salt seasoning.

Mix soy sauce, raw sugar, cheongju, sesame salt, and sesame oil to make the soy sauce seasoning.

Mix red chili powder, raw sugar, sesame salt, cheongju, salt, and sesame oil to make the red chili powder seasoning.

Add the salt seasoning, soy sauce seasoning, and red chili powder seasoning to each of the three portions of dried pollack and toss until fluffy.

Arrange the three-colored dried pollack floss nicely on a plate to finish.
