Seasoned Dried Pollack

An incredibly simple seasoned dried pollack recipe that you won't be able to stop eating once you try it.

What You'll Need

Dried pollack strips100g
Mirin1 tbsp
Green onionAppropriate amount
Cheongyang chili pepper3
Gochujang (red chili paste)1 tbsp
Seasoned soy sauce1 tbsp
Red chili powder1 tbsp
Minced garlic1 tbsp
Sesame salt1 tbsp
Honey1 tbsp
Perilla oil2 tbsp

Instructions

If the dried pollack strips are long, cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Sprinkle mirin over the prepared dried pollack strips to moisten them.

Finely chop the green onion.

Finely chop the Cheongyang chili peppers.

Put 1 tbsp of gochujang into a bowl.

Add 1 tbsp of seasoned soy sauce.

Add a splash of mirin.

Add 1 tbsp of red chili powder.

Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic.

Add 1 tbsp of honey.

Add 2 tbsp of perilla oil.

Add the chopped green onion and Cheongyang chili peppers to the sauce and mix well.

Add the prepared dried pollack strips to the sauce and mix gently.

Finish by sprinkling with sesame seeds.
