Starch syrup5 tbsp

Instructions

Use a fork to poke holes in the shishito peppers to prepare them.

In a bowl, combine starch syrup, soy sauce, tuna sauce, and cooking wine to make the sauce.

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry sliced garlic.

Once the garlic aroma rises, add the anchovies and stir-fry over low heat for about 2 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Remove the stir-fried anchovies and set aside on a plate.

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and boil over high heat.

When the sauce bubbles, add the prepared shishito peppers and simmer.
