Instructions

Cut the beef shank into bite-sized pieces.

Place the beef shank in boiling water, and remove it once the surface is firm.

Cut the radish into appropriate pieces and lightly trim the edges.

Pour enough water to cover the beef shank, and once it starts to boil, add ingredients to remove odors and cook until tender.

When the broth starts to boil, add green onion, sliced ginger, and pepper.
