What You'll Need

Broth pack1 pack
Water600-700ml
Pork bellyas needed
Aged kimchi (mukeunji)1-3 leaves
Green onionas needed
Red chili powdera little
Sugarhalf a tbsp
Seasoning powder1 tbsp
Anchovy brothas needed

Instructions

Pour about 600-700ml of water into a pot, add the broth pack, and boil to make the broth.

Prepare the pork belly or aged kimchi.

Roll up the aged kimchi and place it in the pot.

Place the meat on top of the kimchi in the pot, and add more kimchi if desired.

Chop the green onion into pieces and add to the pot.

Add half a tablespoon of sugar and some red chili powder.

Pour the prepared broth into the pot.

Add about a tablespoon of seasoning powder to adjust the flavor.

Leave the lid slightly ajar, reduce to low heat, and simmer for a long time.
