Soak the Korean beef oxtail in water for about three to four hours to remove the blood.

Boil water in a pot, add the soaked oxtail, and boil for about 10 minutes to remove impurities.

Take out the boiled oxtail and wash it thoroughly.

Put water and the cleaned oxtail back into the pot and boil.

Add bay leaves, green onion, and garlic, and boil for about 1 hour.

Boil the oxtail for another 40 minutes for tenderness.

Bones for broth are also added, so remove the oil that rises since it is a full bone broth.
