Black Sea Bream Spicy Fish Stew

Instructions

Clean the black sea bream thoroughly, removing the scales, internal organs, and gills.

Cut the cleaned black sea bream into appropriate sizes.

Slice the radish into thin rectangles and place them at the bottom of the pot.

Place the cleaned black sea bream on top of the radish in the pot and boil thoroughly.

Skim off the foam that forms while boiling to remove any fishy odor.

Dissolve 1~2 tbsp of soybean paste into the stew to help remove the fishy odor.

Season with coarse salt to taste.

Add sliced green onions and red chili powder for a spicy kick.

Add an appropriate amount of black pepper to enhance the flavor.
