Soak the beef short ribs in water with a little sugar to draw out the blood.

Blanch the blood-drained beef short ribs in boiling water.

Wash the blanched ribs thoroughly to remove bone fragments and impurities.

Blend the green onion, onion, radish, minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, mirin, rice wine, sugar, sesame oil, starch syrup, and cola in a blender to make the sauce.

Place the blanched ribs and the sauce into a pressure cooker and start heating.

Once the pressure cooker weight starts to whistle, boil for 3 to 5 more minutes.

Open the pressure cooker lid and add the radish, potatoes, carrots, and other vegetables cut into bite-sized pieces.
