Instructions

Wash the fully thawed pork hind leg in water to remove the blood.

Pour 5L of water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the prepared pork hind leg to the pot.

Add the onion skins and the green parts of the green onion to the pot.

Add the traditional doenjang to the pot.

Add the whole garlic to the pot.

Add the instant coffee to the pot.

Turn on the heat to high, and once it boils, reduce to medium-low heat and continue to boil.

Put the salted shrimp into a bowl.

Add minced garlic, brown sugar, coarse red chili powder, whole sesame seeds, and sesame oil to the bowl.

Add the chopped chives and sliced Cheongyang chili pepper and red chili pepper to the bowl.
