Instructions

Soak the beef shank in cold water for about 1 hour to draw out the blood.

Pour cold water into a pot, add the soaked beef shank, and boil on an induction cooktop.

Mince the garlic and set aside.

Cut the radish into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the green onion into large pieces.

Skim off any foam that forms during the boiling process while cooking the beef shank.

Add the sliced radish to the boiling pot and cook.

Once the meat is well-cooked, remove it from the pot and slice it for use as boiled pork (suyuk).

Add the sliced green onion, minced garlic, and black pepper to the boiling broth.

Season with sand lance fish sauce and salt, then boil until the green onions are thoroughly cooked.
