Scrape off the mucus between the bones and skin of the catfish, then cut into pieces.

3

Remove the gills from the catfish head and cut into thick chunks for the soup.

4

Sprinkle a little salt on the prepared catfish and wash in water to remove the mucus.

5

To make the broth, boil the radish, half an onion, dried kelp, and dried pollack head in a pot.

6

When the broth boils, remove the kelp and continue boiling the radish with the broth.

7

Prepare the shiitake mushrooms, red chili, green chili, and small green onion by slicing them.

8

Among the prepared vegetables, cut the radish into bite-sized pieces, enough for one soup bowl.

9

Once the broth is ready, add the radish and vegetables and boil.

10

When the broth boils, add the prepared catfish and boil.

Season with 2-3 tbsp of soup soy sauce and 0.5-1 tbsp of sun-dried salt.
