Anchovy fish sauce1 tbsp
Bean powder3 tbsp

Instructions

Wash the prepared mugwort thoroughly.

Coat the clean mugwort evenly with bean powder.

Chop the green onion, Cheongyang chili pepper, and red chili pepper.

Lightly stir-fry the anchovies in a pot to remove the fishy smell.

Pour the rice-washed water into the pot with the anchovies and add the dried kelp to boil.

Once the broth starts to boil, leave the lid off and boil for about 7 more minutes to finish the broth.

Remove the dried kelp from the finished broth and dissolve the doenjang.

Add one tablespoon of cooking wine.

Add the mugwort coated with bean powder to the pot.

Add the chopped green onion, Cheongyang chili pepper, and red chili pepper.

Add the soup soy sauce to season.

Adjust the seasoning with anchovy fish sauce if needed.
