Grilled Skirt Steak
A recipe for preparing and grilling premium skirt steak, purchased from Costco or a local butcher, using Montreal seasoning and butter.
What You'll Need
Instructions
Use a knife to cleanly remove the blood and thin membrane from the inside of the skirt steak.
Hold the thin end of the meat and gently pull the skin side while using a knife to peel it off.
Flip to the other side and peel off the skin with a knife starting from the thin end.
Carefully trim the remaining parts with a knife.
Trim the skin from the middle and side sections, dividing it into three parts.
Place the prepared skirt steak generously into a pan.
Add the mushrooms, asparagus, and bell peppers into the pan.
Lightly sprinkle Montreal seasoning, which enhances the meat flavor fourfold, over the meat.
Grill the meat well on both sides until golden brown.
Add one piece of portioned butter.
Melt the butter and roll the meat around to ensure it is evenly absorbed.
Once the butter has completely melted and the meat is cooked to your liking, turn off the heat.
