Instructions

Place the flathead and croaker in a bowl, pour in the rice water, and soak for 1 hour to remove odor and salt.

After soaking in rice water, wash the fish clean, rinse off the water, place in a steamer, pour in cooking wine, and steam for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, combine jin-ganjang, plum extract, sesame oil, cooking wine, and garlic to make the seasoning sauce.

Carefully remove the well-steamed fish from the steamer, place on a plate, and evenly brush with the prepared seasoning sauce.

Sprinkle the thread chili and sesame seeds evenly over the seasoned fish to finish.
