Vinegara little
Cooking oila little

Evenly coat the surface of the hairtail fish with vinegar.

Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.

Cut a piece of parchment paper about twice the diameter of the frying pan.

Evenly brush one side of the parchment paper with cooking oil.

Place the vinegar-washed hairtail fish on the oiled side of the parchment paper.

Fold the parchment paper in half and seal the edges by folding them at least three times in a 'ㄷ' shape.

Use a stapler as a secret weapon to firmly secure the folded edges.

Place the sealed parchment paper in the preheated frying pan and cover with a lid.

Cook the front side over medium heat or lower for 7 minutes.
