Instructions

Soak the dried fish in cold water to soften the skin.

Wash the soaked dried fish once and peel off the skin.

Soak the cleaned dried fish in lukewarm water to ensure the skin is completely removed.

Peel off the skin of the dried fish by hand, remove the innards, and place on a sieve to drain.

Finely chop the green onions.

Finely cut the chili threads.

Evenly brush the prepared dried fish with sesame oil.

Apply soy sauce to the dried fish by patting it on with your hands to ensure it is evenly seasoned.

Top the seasoned dried fish with the chopped green onions and chili threads.

Place the dried fish in a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.
