Slice the green onion, and trim the roots of the enoki mushrooms before tearing them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes or thin slices.
Season the broth with 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic, 2 tbsp of soup soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of doenjang.
