Drain the blood from the pork tenderloin and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Boil the pork tenderloin in boiling water with 1/2 cup of cooking wine for 20 minutes.

Make an all-purpose soy sauce by boiling 1 cup of cheongju, 1 cup of cooking wine, 3 cups of soy sauce, and 3/4 cup of sugar until the sugar dissolves and the alcohol evaporates.

Boil the eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes and 30 seconds to make soft-boiled eggs.

Remove the cooked pork tenderloin, let it cool slightly, and shred it along the grain.

In a pot, combine 500ml of the meat boiling broth and 500ml of the all-purpose soy sauce, add the shredded pork tenderloin, and bring to a boil.

Add the prepared whole garlic and boiled eggs, and simmer once.

Finally, add the shishito peppers and simmer until they are cooked to your liking.
