Stir-fried Sundae

A recipe for stir-fried sundae that transforms store-bought sundae into a more delicious dish.

What You'll Need

Cabbage200g
Onion100g
Green onion1 stalk
Cheongyang chili pepper2 pieces
Red chili pepper1 piece
Perilla leaves1 bundle
Sundae (Korean blood sausage)500g
Glass noodles50g
Cooking oil1 tbsp
Perilla oil2 tbsp
Minced garlic1 tbsp
Water100ml
Soy sauce3 tbsp
Sugar1 tbsp
Red chili powder2 tbsp
Cooking wine2 tbsp
Whole perilla seeds3 tbsp

Instructions

Wash the cabbage, soak it in diluted alcohol water, then drain and slice it.

Slice the onion into thin strips.

Cut the green onion into 3cm lengths.

Slice the Cheongyang chili peppers and red chili peppers.

Slice the perilla leaves.

Cut the sundae into slightly thick slices.

In a pan, stir-fry 1 tbsp of cooking oil, 2 tbsp of perilla oil, and 1 tbsp of minced garlic.

Add the onion and cabbage and stir-fry together.

Add the sliced sundae and stir-fry together.

Add 100ml of water, cover with a lid, and cook for 4 minutes.
