Instructions

Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin strips using a knife on a cutting board.

Slice the sausage into strips to match the potatoes.

In a bowl, add the shredded potatoes and flower salt, knead to remove the starch, then add the sausage and mix.

Pour cooking oil into a pan, add the shredded potatoes and sausage, and stir-fry until the potatoes are cooked to some extent.

When the potatoes are almost cooked, lower the heat to low, shape them, and create empty spaces for the number of eggs you are using.

Add a little cooking oil to the empty spaces, crack the eggs into them, and sprinkle a little salt over the eggs to taste.

Add a little more cooking oil to the edges of the pan, cover with a lid, and cook slowly until the eggs are done.

Place the finished Bird's Nest Pancake on a plate and finish by sprinkling with ketchup and parsley powder.
