Instructions

Cut the sundae into thick, bite-sized pieces.

Roughly chop half an onion and the green onion.

Roughly chop the cabbage.

Thinly slice the perilla leaves and set aside.

Drizzle a mixture of perilla oil and cooking oil into a pan.

Add the chopped green onion to the pan first to create a scallion-infused oil, then stir-fry the sundae together with it.

Add the chopped cabbage and onion and stir-fry everything together.

Add a little sugar to enhance the flavor.

Season with salt to taste.

Add about 1 tbsp of perilla seed powder.

Add the glass noodles and stir-fry together.

Sprinkle a little pepper to finish seasoning.
