Instructions

For the first applied dish, stir-fried mushrooms, pour sesame oil and cooking oil in a 1:1 ratio into a frying pan, and stir-fry mushrooms (excluding poisonous ones) until golden brown.

Once the mushrooms are well-fried, add 1 tbsp of Cheongwoo Buckwheat Sauce and 1/2 cup of water, and reduce to finish the stir-fried mushrooms with a premium soy sauce flavor.

For the second applied dish, stir-fried pork belly with bean sprouts, add the rolled pork belly into a frying pan and grill well.

When the pork belly is almost cooked, add a handful of bean sprouts and 1-2 tbsp of Cheongwoo Buckwheat Sauce, and stir-fry well to finish the stir-fried pork belly with bean sprouts.

For the third applied dish, perilla oil buckwheat noodles, prepare a boiled egg and boil the fresh noodles in hot water for 7-8 minutes.

Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water, shake off the water well, and place them in a bowl.

Add 1 tbsp of Cheongwoo Buckwheat Sauce, 1 tbsp of perilla oil, and 1 tsp of minced garlic to the noodles in the bowl and mix well.

Top with green onion, dried seaweed flakes, and sesame seeds according to your preference to finish the perilla oil buckwheat noodles.
