Instructions

Slice the beef eye of round, pound it with the back of a knife, and pound it again diagonally to tenderize it, then remove any blood with a paper towel.

Mix 3 tbsp of mirin and 1 tbsp of onion extract to season the beef, then add salt and pepper and tap lightly to ensure the seasoning penetrates.

Mince 1/2 piece of ginger into cooking oil and let it sit for 1 hour to prepare ginger-infused oil.

Spread glutinous rice flour on a plate, place the seasoned beef on it to coat both sides evenly, and shake off any excess.

Whisk 4 eggs and 1 egg yolk until completely smooth with no lumps.

Drizzle the ginger oil in a pan, turn on the heat, dip the flour-coated beef into the egg mixture, and place it in the pan.
